Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made on this website for services provided by Op. Dr. Hayati Kale.
Our services are digital / non-physical and may include online consultation payments and surgery reservation/deposit payments.

1) General Rule

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout (via our payment provider, such as iyzico).

2) Online Consultation Payments

  • If you request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • If the consultation has already been delivered, completed, or started, the payment becomes non-refundable.
  • If the consultation cannot be provided due to a reason caused by our clinic, you will be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3) Surgery Deposit / Reservation Payments

  • Deposits and reservation payments are generally non-refundable because they are used to reserve dates, allocate medical resources, and secure scheduling.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., the clinic is unable to provide the service), a refund may be issued.
  • If a treatment plan changes after medical evaluation and the planned procedure cannot be performed, the clinic may evaluate a partial refund after deducting any administrative or medical evaluation costs, where applicable.

4) Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be submitted to the payment provider within 7–10 business days.
The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank and card issuer.
